Foundation includes a website build, hosting, SEO setup, maintenance, and agreed updates. Growth adds ongoing local SEO, Google Business Profile support, service-content work, and monthly progress reviews. Authority adds more content and update capacity with broader ongoing optimization.

HOW THE SUBSCRIPTION WORKS

Your domain.
Our hosted service.

All three plans are month-to-month. Your written agreement sets the monthly price, billing cycle, cancellation notice, website scope, and included updates before work starts.

• Your domain stays yours. You own the domain and retain control of your business accounts and the materials you supply.
• The website is supplied as a service. Benchmark builds and hosts its work for use during an active, paid subscription. A buyout or transfer of the supplied website is not included.
• Cancellation ends the hosted service. The agreement explains the notice process, final service date, and access arrangements.
• Missed payments receive notice. We provide written payment notice and a 14-day grace period. If the subscription remains unpaid afterward, Benchmark may suspend its hosted service. Your domain ownership is unaffected.
• Restoration has clear terms. The agreement defines how an unpaid service can be restored and how your supplied materials are handled.
